The company is not among Kolkata's top IT firms, nor is it located in major IT hubs like Salt Lake Sector V.

Long-Term Bonds

Employees are asked to sign long-term bonds (e.g., 2.6 years), despite minimal support, mentorship, or competitive compensation. This seems designed to retain staff without proper investment in their growth.

Conclusion
